7-Up Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small bottle 7-UP
Preparation

Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.
Cool.
Add the cream cheese, pecans, pineapple, and 7-UP.
Stir and chill until firm.
