My Sister'S Salmon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon
1 egg
1/2 c. plain flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Drain salmon. Debone and pick out dark skin. Mash salmon and egg together and flour. Take 1/4 cup salmon juice and dissolve baking powder. Mix salmon juice with baking powder to salmon mix. Mix well. Into hot oil, drop by teaspoon heaping full. As they fry, they will turn over. When well brown, remove with a slotted spoon and drain well. Light and fluffy.
