Mushroom And Cheese Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    4 eggs
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 10-inch skillet.
    Saute mushrooms and onion until golden.
    Beat eggs.
    Add to vegetables.
    Let set.
    Turn to low and cook until firm and set.
    Place cheese on top.
    Cook under broiler until bubbly and golden.
    Cover skillet handle with foil. Slide onto plate.
