Ingredients

2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and margarine in a saucepan.
Heat to the boiling point and boil 2 minutes.
Stir constantly!
Cool. Stir in marshmallows and cracker crumbs.
Spread into a foil lined pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch).
Melt the butterscotch chips and the peanut butter at low temperature on top of the stove.
Add the vanilla. Spread over the crumb mixture.
Let set to cold, then cut into bars.
This makes about 3 dozen.
A family favorite.
