Easy Country Style Cream Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/4 c. flour
2 c. cold milk (or water)
Preparation

Heat drippings in saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook until lightly browned.
Add your liquid.
Cook and stir constantly until smooth.
Will thicken as cooks.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4 to 6.
