Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix shortening, orange juice and egg together.
Add sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Fold in cranberries and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 1 loaf.
