Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast
    10 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
Preparation
    Brown roast in oven on broil, until brown all over.
    Put in a Dutch oven with 5 cups water, onion soup and celery flakes.
    Put in oven for 2 hours on 300\u00b0.
    Take out of oven; add potatoes, carrots and celery flakes.
    Put back in oven about 1 hour.
