Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (unpeeled, about 4 small)
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    Cut into pieces, about 2 x 1-inch.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
