Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 can pineapple, drained
1 c. carrots
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

In large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini, pineapple and carrots.
In another bowl, mix the flour, soda, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon and nuts.
Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a loaf pan.
Makes 2 loaves.
