Pork Chops And Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, minced
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 sliver garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms (undrained)
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. milk
1 c. wild rice
Preparation

Season chops and brown in shortening.
Mix vegetables, seasonings and rice.
Turn into lightly buttered casserole. Arrange browned chops on rice mixture.
Combine soup and milk and pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
