Spanish Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh ears of corn, sliced off
    3 small zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 medium-size fresh tomatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. basil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add fresh diced tomatoes. Add spices and saute 15 minutes.
    Add corn and zucchini.
    Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups water to cover vegetables.
    Simmer with covered lid for 35 minutes.
