Hawaiian Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) chicken breast
1/4 c. soy sauce (Kikkoman lite)
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 bell pepper
2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
Mrs. Dash lemon pepper
Preparation

Overnight, marinate chicken in soy sauce and sprinkle on Mrs. Dash lemon pepper.
Place chicken in baking dish.
Sprinkle with brown sugar substitute.
Pour remaining soy sauce over chicken. Bake covered for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Uncover; add bell pepper and pineapple.
Bake 1/2 hour longer.
