Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. green onions
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds and membranes; wash.
    Simmer peppers for 7 minutes in enough water to cover.
    Let stand.
    Brown beef.
    Remove excess grease.
    Return to heat and add green onions and seasoned salt.
    Mix in rice.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture into peppers.
    Serves 6.
