No Knead Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, salt and half the flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add egg and shortening.
    Mix. Beat in remaining flour until smooth.
    Cover with cloth and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size.
    Grease muffin tin, cookie sheet or loaf pan.
    Stir down dough.
    Pour into loaf pan or fill muffin cups half full or shape into rolls.
    Cover and let rise until doubled in size again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes for rolls or muffins, slightly longer for loaves.
