Old Fashioned Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal (Mother's coarse grind, if you can find it)
    1 Tbsp. butter or melted lard
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Mix with cold water into a soft dough.
    Grease pan well.
    Pour mixture into the pan and bake at 425\u00b0 until the crust is brown.
