Skin On Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 14 red potatoes, boiled until done (firm)
    2 bunches green onions, chopped (tops also)
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped (leaves and all)
    1 medium carrot, grated
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    Mazelle Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Slice potatoes, leaving skin on.
    Layer all ingredients in bowl.
    Pour 1 jar Mazelle or other Ranch dressing over all ingredients.
    Toss and refrigerate overnight.
