Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated, peeled zucchini
    6 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple or juice
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, sugar, lemon juice and crushed pineapple or juice.
    Cook 12 minutes.
    Add the apricot jello (after you take it off stove).
