Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    6 eggs
    pepper (as desired)
    24 oz. can Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl (add water if needed; don't make too watery).
    Put eggplant in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in pan on medium (on top of the stove) or at 350\u00b0 in electric frypan.
    Set aside and make sauce.
