Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs
4 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped (or halves)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook sugar and syrup to 228\u00b0.
Beat eggs well.
Add melted butter to syrup.
Add hot syrup slowly to beaten eggs.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Bake about 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
