Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 1/2 c. minced onion
    28 oz. crushed tomatoes
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute oil, garlic and onions for 5 minutes.
    Mix onion and garlic with all sauce ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
