Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    3 or 4 large potatoes, cut bite size
    7 medium carrots, cut bite size
    2 large onions, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. (or more) frozen or canned peas
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    Kitchen Bouquet
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Place stew meat in bottom of casserole dish.
    Put bouillon cubes on meat at each end of casserole, then place a layer of potatoes, layer of carrots, layer of onions, then peas.
    Put cream of celery soup in a separate bowl; stir in Kitchen Bouquet, until the color of soup is dark brown, then pour over top of casserole. Do not mix this in until an hour before it's done.
    Cover and bake 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
