Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 ribs celery, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Add salt to cabbage; let stand 1 hour and then squeeze out juice.
    In a saucepan combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Pour over cabbage mixture and add 1 teaspoon celery seed and 1 teaspoon mustard seed.
    Freeze in containers.
