Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 large can crushed pineapple with juice (the only liquid)
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar and baking soda.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch glass pan or your choice (Bundt pan or spring-form pan can be used).
    (I sometimes use Pam to spray cooking pan before flouring.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
