Volcano Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. pineapple juice
    2 cans (6 oz.) frozen lemon concentrate
    2 qt. ginger ale
    2 pt. orange or lemon sherbet
    fresh fruit for garnish
Preparation
    In punch bowl, combine pineapple juice and lemonade.
    Just before serving, stir in ginger ale and add scoops of sherbet. Garnish with fresh fruit.
    Makes about 6 quarts.
