Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti macaroni
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    26 to 28 oz. your favorite spaghetti sauce
    1 egg
    1 tsp. basil
    pinch of salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together Ricotta cheese, egg, basil, salt, pepper and 1/2 to 3/4 pound of the shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Set aside.
    Cook macaroni until al dente.
    Drain and rinse briefly.
    Place macaroni in oven-safe baking dish.
    Add Ricotta cheese mixture and sauce to macaroni and mix well.
    Sprinkle remaining shredded Mozzarella over ziti.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
