Canned Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cut up okra
    water to cover
    4 Tbsp. salt (pickling salt) to 1 gal. okra
    8 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Bring to boil for 10 minutes.
    Pack in jars; seal.
    When you eat it, rinse off, drain and fry.
