Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    4 green peppers, chopped or sliced
    4 chopped onions
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Dredge chop with flour.
    Brown on both sides in Crisco. Remove chops and replace with peppers, onions and chili sauce. Add other ingredients.
    Cook gently until tender.
    Add chops; cover and cook slowly 45 minutes.
