Onion Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and pour into greased, heated muffin pans.
    Cook 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 and 15 minutes at 500\u00b0. This mixture will keep in refrigerator without onion for up to 2 weeks.
