Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, drained and mashed squash
    1 grated carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    3/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except stuffing mix and margarine.
    Mix stuffing mix and margarine together.
    Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 of stuffing mix.
    Pour in ingredients.
    Top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
