Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken or legs and breasts
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. dry vermouth (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt margarine and put in separate bowl.
    Mix cheese and bread crumbs with remaining ingredients.
    Dip chicken in margarine, then in crumb mixture.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    When halfway cooked, pour 1/2 cup dry vermouth on top of chicken.
    Serves 4 to 6.
