Never Fail Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg whites
pinch of salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
Add boiling water; cook until thick and clear.
Cool.
Beat egg whites until frothy; add pinch of salt.
On high speed, gradually add sugar and beat until peaks form.
On low speed, add vanilla and cornstarch mixture. Return to high speed and beat until stiff.
Cover pie filling. Bake at 375\u00b0.
