Chili Cheese Log Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pods minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
chili powder to roll logs in
Preparation

Have cheeses at room temperature. Blend both.
Blend in rest of ingredients, except the chili powder.
Form into two log rolls and sprinkle chili powder on log rolls.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
Can be frozen up to 3 months.
