Paprikas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked or Polish sausage, sliced thin
    1 large onion, diced
    1 or 2 Tbsp. paprika
    4 or 5 potatoes, sliced thin
    1/2 to 1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put sliced sausage and onion in Dutch oven. Brown until onion is transparent. Add paprika, sliced potatoes, salt and pepper (to taste). Add water and cover, cooking over medium heat. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add more water, if necessary. Serves 4.
