Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.)
sliced onion rings
sliced green pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool.
Combine ingredients and marinate at least 24 hours.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
