Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. 4X sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
5 to 7 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cream first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat remaining ingredients.
Pour into baked crust.
Bake 25 minutes more at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm, if desired.
