Hawaiian Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all dry
ingredients
in
a large bowl.
In a large bowl with
a
mixer, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.\tThen add pineapple,\tcarrots,
coconut
and raisins.
Mix with dry ingredients,
only until blended.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or a Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
