Texas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. green chilies, diced
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Butter 8-inch pan.
    Put layer of Monterey Jack cheese.
    Spread green chilies over layer of cheese.
    Put Colby cheese on top of chilies.
    Beat 6 eggs well; pour over all.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cut into cubes.
    Serve on crackers or alone.
