Surf And Turf Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh or frozen shelled large shrimp
    2 small summer squash or zucchini
    2 small onions, quartered
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
    Set aside.
    Diagonally cut summer squash or zucchini into 1-inch slices.
    In a saucepan, cook squash and onions in a small count of boiling water, about 1 minute or until almost tender.
    Drain.
