Gourmet Crab Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen King crab meat, thawed, drained and cut up
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Pour 1/4 cup water over gelatin to soften.
    Heat over low flame until dissolved.
    Beat in cream cheese until smooth.
    Stir in next four ingredients.
    Then add pepper and parsley.
    Pour into a 3-cup ring mold.
    Chill at least 4 hours or until set.
    Unmold and garnish with parsley.
    Serve with Nabisco Escort crackers or any other mild-flavored cracker.
