Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3 to 4 very ripe bananas
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, bananas and nuts. Add flour gradually. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yield: 20 servings.
