Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Slightly cook carrots (should still be crisp).
    Heat the next 6 ingredients together for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Mix all together and chill overnight before serving.
