Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
6 qt. popcorn
Preparation

Pop the popcorn, then melt butter; stir in sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 15 minutes without stirring.\tStir in soda and pour over popcorn. Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
