Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. margarine
1 (9-inch) pie shell
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
