Brochetta With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    loaf small French bread
    8 oz. cream cheese
    roast garlic
    Roma tomatoes
    Romano cheese
    basil (fresh or dry)
Preparation
    Slice bread on angle thinly.
    Mix roasted garlic, cream cheese and squeezed tomatoes.
    Spread on bread and sprinkle with Romano cheese and basil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
