Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Mix together potatoes, Crisco, salt and sugar.
    Add hot milk and let cool.
    Add yeast mixture and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Let stand for 2 hours.
    Add 5 1/2 cups of flour.
    Mix and shape into rolls.
    Let rise and bake at 375\u00b0.
