Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
4 slices bread
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

With a fork, mix the eggs and potatoes.
Break the bread into pieces and mix with potatoes.
Pour milk over mixture to soak. Brown the onions in melted butter.
Stir onions and seasoning into filling.
