Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 medium onions
    1 clove garlic
    2 cans tomato puree
    2 cans water
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain
    well.
    Add
    onions and garlic and cook until onions are clear.
    Add pepper and chili powder. Mix well.
    Add tomato puree and water.\tBring to boil.\tReduce heat and simmer 3 hours.
