Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1-1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour (if using self-rising; omit salt and soda)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. black walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix well the sugar, oil and eggs. Add sifted flour and vanilla. Add apples and nuts by hand. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
