Cheesy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. grated cheese
    4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 can chicken broth
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1/4 c. flour
    8 oz. herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Precook and slice carrots and set aside.
    In 3-quart saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of the margarine, stir in the flour.
    Stir in broth, continue to stir until thick.
    Lower heat, add cheese.
    Stir and remove from heat. Stir in chicken, carrots and pimento.
    Spread in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt remaining margarine, add stuffing, spread over chicken mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
