Savory Crawfish (Or Shrimp) Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. seasoned yellow rice (Mahatma saffron)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 lb. cleaned crawfish or shrimp
1 c. American Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
garlic powder to taste
large pinch of parsley
Preparation

Melt butter and saute onion and rest of vegetables.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes. Stew 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions. Add to onion. Add mushroom soup, parsley and crawfish or shrimp to mixture. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
